FAQ

• What am I entering to win? A limited edition print of In Abundance — Edition 1 of 10 — a×b in (landscape, white border), printed by Hunter Editions with archival inks on premium paper, signed + numbered on the front, with a certificate of authenticity. Approx. value: $xx. Remaining editions will be available later, but #1 will not. Colors are true to the painting, though they may vary slightly by screen.

• How do I enter? Sign up in the form above. Your first name and email are required so we can announce and contact the winner. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Limit one entry per person and email address. Duplicate entries will be removed. Entries generated by scripts, bots, or other automated means will be disqualified. There are no bonus entries.

• Do I need to purchase anything to enter? No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

• Who is eligible? Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• When does the giveaway start and end? Starts x/x/2026. Ends x/x/2026 at 12:00 AM ET.

• How will a winner be selected? Selected by random draw on x/x/2026.

• How will the winner be notified? We’ll announce the winner on Instagram and via email Newsletter on x/x/2026 and notify the winner from majkowski.studio@gmail.com. The winner must respond within 72 hours by replying to the email or sending us a private DM on Instagram. Once we hear back, we’ll confirm the shipping address. If we can’t reach the winner (including a bounced or undeliverable email), we’ll select a new winner by another random draw. Please check your spam and promotions folders. We will never ask for payment or credit card details to claim the prize—beware of impersonators.

• How many winners will there be? One winner.

• Is shipping included? Shipping is included within the contiguous United States. For US territories and international addresses, we’ll work with you to make shipping easy and convenient. Any additional shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be the winner’s responsibility.

• Shipping details: Ships unframed and flat, with foam-board backing in a protective sleeve and rigid mailer. We’ll share tracking once it ships. A signature may be required for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather or carrier delays. Please provide a valid shipping address (PO boxes may not be eligible). If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help.

• What if I win and I’m local? If you’re local, we’re happy to coordinate a pickup instead of shipping. Pickup must be scheduled in advance via email.

• Prize restrictions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipment is marked as delivered.

• What data do you collect and how will it be used? We only collect the information you provide via the form. By entering, you’re subscribing to our newsletter (if you aren’t already subscribed), and you can unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your information with third parties.

• Are social follows required? No. Following us on social media is always appreciated, but it’s not required to enter or win.
